Network Services Coordinator for The Kentucky CASA Network

The Kentucky CASA Network, Inc. (KCN) seeks a Network Services Coordinator in its Louisville office to provide administrative and membership support to KCN Member Programs and Staff.  The Network Services Coordinator will provide a wide range of services including administrative support in assisting staff with quality assurance, collecting and analyzing local program data and fundraising events. This position will also provide support for the annual conferences and regional trainings and will be the project lead on statewide marketing initiatives.



The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years administrative experience with some experience working for non-profit organizations and some knowledge of the juvenile justice and child advocacy fields.  Experience in graphic design and social media marketing is preferred. A minimum bachelor degree from an accredited university is required.


Candidate should be a highly motivated, self-starter professional willing to take initiative with a strict commitment to program standards. Candidate will possess excellent written and oral communication skills and will have the ability to work independently and collaboratively.



  • Creation of marketing and advocacy materials
  • Meeting planning for annual and regional conferences
  • Create spreadsheets and excel data reports of local program data
  • Formatting and compiling of a bi-monthly program newsletter
  • Responsibility for maintaining and posting to the KCN website and social media pages
  • Organizing and planning meetings and trainings at the KCN offices
  • Administrative support to KCN Staff
  • Other duties as assigned


This is a grant funded at-will full time exempt position. Salary is low to mid-thirties contingent upon relevant education and experience.



A highly motivated and structured individual is the best candidate.  Regular work hours are 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday however some flexibility and flex time is necessary.  A valid Kentucky driver’s license is required as is dependable transportation and appropriate insurance.  A background check is conducted as part of employment which includes a national and state criminal check and a child abuse registry check.
